Checking the status of your verification

If you're waiting for an update on your Identity or Income verification, the fastest way to see the latest status is by logging into your Applicant Portal.

You’ll be able to view:

• ✅ Whether your verification is complete

• 🕒 If it’s still being reviewed

• ⚠️ If something needs your attention (missing doc, unclear photo, etc.)

How to log into your Applicant Portal

1. Go to app.veroapplication.com/login

2. Enter the email address you used when you started your application

3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email

4. You’ll be logged in instantly—no password needed

Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.

Where to find your verification status

Once you’re logged in:

1. From the home screen, tap “My Application”

2. Select the step you want to review (Identity, Income, or Background)

3. A status label will appear next to each step:

   • Completed ✅

   • In Review 🕒

   • Needs Attention ⚠️

   • Not Started ⬜️
